Mike Coffey, Principal
Mike is the Chief Operating Officer at MedA/Rx. Mike obtained two undergraduate degrees, a BA in Finance and a BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. He then went on to earn his MBA from Queens University, McColl School of Business in Charlotte, NC. From there Mike went on to hone his analytical skills working for Deloitte & Touche as well as Ernst & Young in healthcare financial consulting. Mike moved from consulting to become the Vice President of operations for Carolinas Physicians Network, with 1400 physicians and over 500 million in billings through the central billing office. Mike came to MedA/Rx in 2003 as a principal with the charge to grow the business through exceptional customer service and technical innovation. Mike's combination of consulting knowledge as well as direct practice management experience have made for a very powerful combination for our clients. Mike understands the true dynamic of complete revenue cycle management, which has proved to be invaluable.
Chad Polk, Principal
Mr. Polk is responsible for MedA/Rx's top line sales growth and maintains sound relationships with all clients. With 15-plus years of experience in the healthcare collections industry, Mr. Polk aids in the scoring and financial analysis on client receivables and directs the production and expenses for Extended Business Office and Systems Integration.
