At MBOC we make it as simple a process as possible for you so we can get what we need to analyse you current business process pertaining to the revenue cycle. Below is a sample of what we will do. Provide data sheet to be completed and returned prior to on-site interview. Conduct on-site interviews after normal hours of operation and on Saturdays. Limited on-site time required depending on the size of the practice ( between four to sixteen hours) Analyze interview notes and data provided. Create draft assessment document including implementation plan for recommended changes. Review assessment document with appropriate leadership. Revise assessment and implementation plan for final document. Presentation to appropriate practice/group representatives. We advocate YOU conducting your implementation plan. This reduces your cost and creates ownership of the process by you and your staff.
